If you have green projects with tricky client relationships, complex circumstances, competing goals and/or difficult project management issues, this workshop is for you. Get new tools and hone your abilities with a panel of dynamic teachers:
- Paul Lipke (of SSNE) on Strategic Questioning
- Dr. Susan Wheelan on Creating Effective Work Teams
- Robert Leaver on Crafting Community Through Effective Meetings
- John Abrams on Collaborative Business Practice In The Trenches
Bring your current green development, building or renewable energy project, and leave with skills, ideas and tools to make your project more successful. Small group break-out sessions will focus on challenges.
Special Bonus Opportunity: Be Your Own Guinea Pig!
Workshop registrants are invited to send a brief note outlining a current project and why it makes a great case study to plipke@ssne.org. If your project is chosen to be a featured (confidential) case study, then presenters and participants will work together to help it (and you) along.
